A little bit about me
Mum first. Enabling seekers to evolve.
I started my journey with Master Plants several years ago and have worked closely with medicine guides and shamans from Peru, Egypt, Finland, and the Netherlands. My experience with entheogens has given me a deeper understanding of transformation, trauma integration, and human potential, informing both my personal growth and my professional work.
Alongside this experiential path, I formalised my learning through a Master’s degree in Spirituality, Consciousness, & Transpersonal Psychology, a field that bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary psychological science. This academic journey deepened my understanding of altered states, integrative healing, and human development, providing a rigorous framework to hold and interpret the experiences opened by the master plants. It allowed me to ground the ineffable in research, language, and practice, and to bring a level of ethical, psychological, and spiritual integrity to the work I now share with others.
Beyond the Medicine Circle Integration Book
This book is my offering to the seekers I’ve had the privilege to walk beside. It was written in the quiet moments between sessions, reflections, and my own ongoing journey of becoming; a reminder that transformation is not just insight, but integration.
Every story, teaching, and reflection in these pages comes from lived experience: mine, and the courageous souls who have trusted me with theirs. My work has always been about helping people bring the inner and outer worlds together, aligning what they know, what they feel, and who they choose to be.
